Camping is a great activity for escaping the hustle and bustle of city life and indulging in the simple pleasures of life. Spending a night or more, in the tented accommodation, with minimal facilities and sometimes no mobile signals, just stargazing and chatting with your friends or family is more therapeutic than anyone can imagine.

What you can expect from Camping-

Unplug and enjoy the simplicity of nature. Forget charging your smartphones, tablets, and gaming console, and instead recharge your own batteries

Go further by adding fishing, swimming walking or bike riding into the mix and kick cardiovascular benefit and calorie burning off the chart

Reduce stress by removing common triggers like work pressure, traffic, and the rush of city life, with the calming effect of the bird song, the sound of waves crashing on the beach and the wind in the trees

Safety

  • Avoid camping directly under large gum trees. Some species are susceptible to dropping large branches at any time. The last thing you want is a branch dropping on top of your tent in the middle of the night.

  • If you are taking food that needs to be kept cold, invest in a quality esky and pack enough ice. Food poisoning and camping don’t go well together!

  • Not all parks or campgrounds allow campfires, and during the fire danger season campfires are not allowed in all national parks
